1. Preliminary treatment of disinfected items. As long as it is medical equipment, sheets and clothing that have been exposed to pathogenic microorganisms, they need to be disinfected with chemical disinfectants. Then clean them in accordance with conventional methods, especially the various items used in some infectious wards, to avoid re-contamination;

2. Use suitable packaging and containers for disinfected items, generally white cotton double-layer cloth bags. You should not use the item packaging after washing, and do not use the string to tie it too loose or too tight. When using a container for storage, choose a container that can block the intrusion of external microorganisms and has better steam penetration. In this way, the effect of disinfection and sterilization in the process of using the autoclave digital will be better;

3. In the process of using the autoclave, the air must be removed cleanly. If there is air in the pot, the pressure pointed by the air pressure needle is not the pressure generated by saturated steam, which will affect the sterilization effect of the autoclave, especially for the table top autoclave sterilizer;

4. Calculate the sterilization time strictly and reasonably. Sterilization time generally includes penetration time, maintenance time, and safety time. According to these three points, the user can operate according to the actual situation during use.
